At Mendota Pet, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted gear and want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of pet hair or debris.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our workshop inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
